I bought a machine from Amazon and they told me to purchase this when I connected them to am for a missing part. It's out of stock! And there's no price on the website. I love my espresso and would've been a returning customer if this had gone better. Not a good way to run a business.

It's been more than 3 months that I tried to order a 2 shot filter for my Delonghi Linea Classic EM450 (AS00007653
FILTER) , It can not be found anywhere except Emcompass that kept telling me delay for more than 2 months, It is very disappointing. There's no use for the machine that don't have the filter.
