I need to say up-front that the part works as required. It seems sturdy enough, and I hope that it will last in the long run and not crack like the original.

I have to rate this poorly due to the purchase experience and customer service. I purchased this part on October 8, 2025 & shortly received an email that my order was in place. We waited and waited and waited for an update, but although I checked the order over the next few months, there was no update other than the order was accepted. No communication that the part was back ordered, that there was a problem, nothing. No customer service contact option was made available either, I had to dig through the site to find [****], which was listed for Samsung Parts. I called on December 24th, and was told that the ticket had just printed in the warehouse (????) which I had difficulty believing, and that I would be contacted for an ETA.

Up until the day the part arrived on Jan 5, 2026, the order online continued to show that it was placed.

Any time we have any interaction with De'Longhi customer service, replacement parts, any support related issue, it's a protracted ordeal. The next time this machine breaks, I'm going to switch to a coffee press and get my counter space back rather than deal with the hassle of a spare part.

Took a long time to be delivered. I got notification that it had been delivered so I called to say it wasn’t delivered. I was informed that it had not been shipped yet. Finally received the package and all is as it should be. Took 3 weeks after it was scheduled to be delivered.

It was over a 45 days to get the part. No communication.

Beware your items will not ship in 3 to 5 days. It will take 2 weeks before it will even ship the who knows. There is no follow up and emails to find out where itbis will bounce back as mailer deamon.
